CardExchange has two main components in its Designer, for creating card layouts, and its "4 Clicks Interface" which represents one of the easiest to use operator front ends.

Entry level comes with CardExchange® Designer and allows you to connectto unlimited documents. New created or edited card documents are easilyconnected or refreshed through the unique card connection wizard ofCardExchange®.

ThePremium version of CardExchange® combines all the functionality of theEntry version and includes powerful functions like signature captureand user logins.

Consideringthe database connections you are able to design internal views/queriesto retrieve information on the card from multiple tables without doingit directly in the database. It supports MS Access connection on anylocation you prefer.

ThePremium edition also allows you to buy and use seperate modules fordatabases, external functions and encoding and with the photo optionswindow you can change the behavior of CardExchange® when you want totake a picture.

The Take picturebutton can be set to Import a picture and these settings can be appliedseperately for each connected card layout. That means that for eachconnected card layout you can set if the photo is coming from ascanner, a camera or imported from a file.

Togetherwith the options to set actions when printing cards, like automate whatto do when there is no photo available, you can control your printprocess completely.

Inproduction areas, the Premium offers advanced photo and database editoptions. You can easily let CardExchange® automate your process bysetting actions if you insert a record to your database. Afterinserting this record CardExchange® can automaticelly acquire or importa photo, print the card and set the database editor ready for input ofa new record. Also when you are entering the data manually, you canmake CardExchange® automate your process.

Thenew CardExchange® Ultimate edition offers you unlimited functionalityin one edition. Get access to all existing functions of CardExchange.

CardExchange®Ultimate offers connections to all database types as well as nativeconnections and ODBC connections and it includes connections to LDAP.You have access to all available contactless encoding functions andphotos can be automatically cropped by means of the new Facefind facerecognition module.
